Luego de irse a la quiera parece que un inversionista local decidió arriesgarse abrir este concepto. Ahora todos los locales de Sears en Plaza Las Americas están llenos de mercancía. Mucha de la ropa que venden no son de marcas reconocidas pero eso a mi no me importa. Misma calidad y material pero el precio es significante mucho mejor. Nunca he tenido problema con comprar ropa aquí.

They even offered him a snack. Must go when looking for compact or futon related furniture. Quick drive from San Juan- about 30 mins. Cuando te preguntan si necesitas ayuda siempre diga SI por que sino se pierde en la tienda. Los vendedores siempre están dispuestos a trabajar contigo la selección. Fuimos a local de Carolina…read more Primero fui a donde pensaba que está por Escorial, pero estaba cerrado, la razón se mudaron a un local más grande, cómodo, más estacionamiento y hasta cafetería tienen apara clientes y empleados. Paseamos la tienda y pusimos la orden de la mercancía. No paramos en la cafetería por que ya habíamos almorzado pero todo se veía muy bien y todo limpio y ordenado.

I went to the beach earlier that day and my hair got completely wet in the ocean, so I needed to wash and restyle it, but I left all my hair products at home. So, I figured in Puerto Rico, they would definitely sell a wide range of products for kinky-curly hair textures, and I was correct!! They had many options and a few products I've never seen so of course I got them. Store was clean and they sold everything typical for Walmart. Highly recommend.

The cashier told me there was no one doing that kind of " work". I told her in the past I have had help. And asked her if there was a possibility for her to call for help. She told me No. I am a senior citizen and my expectation is to find someone to-be a problem solver. Eventually my daughter came to the front part of the store and a kind hearted employee ( Omar) came to the rescue. I appreciate what Omar did but I am frustrated with the cashier who was not able to place a call for help for a " senior customer". Those employees need MORE training so they can be problem solvers, have compassion and understand that an unsatisfied customer could multiply for ten.

We purchased a table on 9/2025, asked if they could keep it in storage for us until 12/2025. On…read more12/12 my wife called to find out when we could pick up the table, a male employee (1st) explained to her that pickups are by appointment, 2 days a week from 1 to 4pm. A 2nd employee informed my wife that the table will ready on12/18 at the Main Warehouse. We went to the MW, gave the receipt to a 3rd employee, she looked at it, went behind a counter looking in the computer, came back, gave us the receipt and told us to get online on the building side. A 4th employee looked at the receipt and asked us to get online; we waited for 35 minutes. While waiting, we noticed a sign in which Home and Patio list the things they don't do for their customers, like helping load the purchased merchandise onto their vehicles or assist tying down the purchased with your own devices; there another 7 to 10 other things on the list they won't do for customers. These rules were never explained to us prior to our visit to the MW. When there was one car in front of us, I began to wonder how much longer we would have to wait, so I got out and asked a 5th employee. He came back after we exchange words and told us that the table we bought 2.5 months ago, the one we have been waiting for 35 minutes, the one that the 2nd employee said was at the MW and the same one that employees 3 and 4 checked the receipt, was at the La Electronica building store. We went there, asked to speak with the manager who introduced himself immediately, after repeating the previous comedy of errors he said, we have the table "for you." I told him that we didn't want the table but for some reason he couldn't understand what happened or how did we feel about their customer service. At the end, he dared to ask if I have ever made any mistakes, to what I responded at my age probably more than you but as outrageous as this one. None of the individuals we interacted with, acknowledged their responsibility for the mistakes or apologize to us.

There was a…read moremanufacturers defect when trying to line up the holes - the base stripped the fasteners and the table collapsed. We called first thing Friday morning and they tell me that since I did not report this in 24 hours there is nothing they can do- I have a $797 table that is not usuable. The salesperson Valeria - never told us about this 24 hour rule and assured us the "reclamaciones" would be in touch this week. No phone call and no email to help us exchange the table. Very dissapointing - DO NOT RECOMMMEND.
