They will make up every excuse in the book to collect the money and not deliver service. my cabinets began to chip and they said it was because of water damage however their service man came out and said that was not the case and there was no water that got on these cabinets they just put the paint on too thin. my shelves began to warp for the shelving that I put in my office and they said too bad that's the way it supposed to be even though the whole unit collapsed. Our satisfaction was one of their main goals. The husband and wife that did the installation could not have been better. I believe that he is a perfectionist and his work exemplifies it.
