They were happy to take part in some of my bolder design choices and fun while we discussed options. They also helped me make the guest bathroom more wheelchair accessible while still keeping the overall design. AndI think they were as excited as I was about the backsplash! Beau went above and beyond when a shelf I installed fell off the garage wall (yikes!!) getting it back on the wall before I even knew it fell. They're great guys and do great work!

It…read moreis a family-owned/run business, with Sam as the owner/project manager and his son and son-in-law doing much of the demo and finishing work along with his daughters in the showroom who helped us pick out our cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures and flooring. From the beginning, Sam and his entire staff were honest and helpful with getting us the design that we wanted. We knew what we wanted to do, but not how to configure anything, but Sam was able to envision everything during his appraisal of the job. We knew we wanted new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen and that we wanted to find a way to open the kitchen but just didn't know how. The design that Sam came up with was awesome and made our kitchen feel so much larger. We raised the old 1980s ceiling, which created way more cabinet space, but the design even came with moving appliances that had been in the same place since the house was built and tearing down some walls to make it more open to the dining room and living room. Then he suggested under cabinet lighting and more lighting all over the entire house. The bathroom was the other major renovation for us, and it looks spectacular with the new cabinet/countertop and shower that no longer has a 6-inch drop to get in. We added a shower bench which is awesome and the tile and fixtures are so pretty. Once again, Sam's staff helped us pick out all the cabinets, fixtures, countertops and flooring to go throughout the entire house. There were so many other things done like new baseboards and door trims, removal of popcorn ceiling and replacement of textured ceiling, new lights and ceiling fans, as well as new paint within the entire house. The entire renovation was done with quality workmanship and within the promised 6-week period. It was so nice to have a project manager overseeing all the trades people, such as carpenters, drywall installers, electricians, painters, tilers, glass installers, and plumbers, so that we didn't have to worry about scheduling anything separately. They were all quite costly for what I wanted in my opinion. My friend told me about this company and how they were the most affordable screen place she found when she was getting her patio screened in. The process was pretty easy and the office manager Michelle was awesome! She was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. She was even very accommodating in having the technician text me when they were on their way. They completed the job within 2 hours, which I thought was pretty fast. And it looks absolutely amazing! I'm so obsessed with just the quality of craftsmanship. I also opted for the smaller screen holes so that nothing can get in. If you are allergic to mosquitos like me, I would highly recommend requesting the smaller hole screen. It's a slight up charge but so worth. And their prices are incredibly affordable! I was told that was "how it needs to be" but I found someone else to come do it in the matter of 5 minutes. The cabinet painting was excellent, however did see some minor spots that needed repainting such as grey paint on the white paint but when pointed out it was fixed. The "decorative spindles" on the stair case are extremely lose. When asked to tighten, they claimed they were also "suppose to be like that" however after asking many friends with the same ones I was told that was also wrong. The "100% satisfaction guarantee" is untrue, they ignored us and never came back to repair when we reached out. Overall, wish I would've hired someone else however I can't go back in time. Nice guys, not so nice work.

This job had many challenges that Jason handled perfectly, to include painting the trim with difficult oil based paint. There were a few areas damaged by our drywall installer that Jason fixed without our asking. He made sure of a thorough clean up at the end of each day. Jason was always on time and worked diligently and long hours to finish our large project. He even worked weekends to make sure the job was done in a timely way. He was very work focused every day he was here. This dedication to timeliness and excellence is rare. All the trim and paint look fantastic. It is like a brand new home. The place looks wonderful.
