The dishonesty, lack of integrity, and unprofessionalism displayed throughout the nine-month ordeal has placed a significant burden on my family. What should have been an exciting and positive home improvement project quickly turned into a complete nightmare. Despite our patience and flexibility, we were forced to endure prolonged absences from job site, repeated false promises, lack of leadership and direction, constant turnover in their crew, and consistently poor workmanship. We rearranged nearly every part of our daily lives to give O&E Remodeling every opportunity to complete the job they were hired--and paid in full--to perform. Even with that, they still failed to deliver. To make matters worse, several key tasks remain incomplete; major electrical work, cabinet painting and hardware installation, installation of mantle and shelves and multiple areas of unfinished surfaces throughout the project. These are basic, critical elements of the job that were left incomplete despite repeated assurances that they would be addressed. It is impossible to understand how this company believes its actions are acceptable or how it can show no remorse for the financial, emotional, and personal hardship it caused. At this point, the only responsible conclusion is that O&E Remodeling's services should be avoided. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

This is a nightmare I wish on no one. David begged us not to post anything negative since he was 'going to make this right' (I have the emails to prove it). You had plenty of chances to make this right and you still haven't so now it's for the world to see. OMG restorations charged me 90% of the total cost to remodel our kitchen to make…read moreit ADA compliant and completed only 26% of the contracted items before the Project Manager said there was no more money to finish the project. They breached the contract and would not pay sub-contractors so I had to pay the sub-contractors on top of what I paid OMG in order to prevent liens from being put on our residence. This nightmare started in October of 2023. It's mid-Feb. of 2024 and I have had to find other sub-contractors to finish what OMG couldn't. The owner doesn't answer or return calls or provide a completion date. Due to our special circumstances, the owner told a sub-contractor that he needed to keep the cost as low as possible and then he passed a 64% mark-up on the cabinets to me. I cannot advise strongly enough to stay away from this company.

They are great over the phone(polite, great salespitch), but the work was subpar. I have given up trying to schedule a time for them to come and fix what they didn't do right the first time! I have to now hire another company to fix the work NPLH did. Project manager(hardly showed up,unless we called to point out a problem)did not supervise workers the proper way, this is why work turned out bad. They do not pay attention to detail. Ex.the glue/seal they used for the sink undermount of granite countertop was the wrong type, water leaking through and seeping into our cabinets. Home Depot told me this shouldn't happen if they used right epoxy. Sink shouldnt be leaking after 2 years of having been installed.. Ex.they left the underside of countertop (where it meets up with cabinets) with a gap, wooden trim should have been installed. Careful out there folks! Overall, it was a bad experience working with this company.

Stephanie listened to exactly what I was looking for, directed me to the companies that produced similar products, and explained the differences in fabrics to me on an easily understandable level. Her prices were incredible, too! And if you give her a price point, she'll make sure to show you the designers that actually fall in your range. And get this--instead of trying to make a sale immediately and using high-pressure sales tactics, she suggested I go home and buy a cheap leather ottoman from Walmart to see how my cat would react to it and figure out whether or not leather might be an option for my sofa. Not only does she have great connections to companies that produce the furniture I want, she has great ideas on how to decide what will and won't work for me! I haven't purchased a sectional from her yet, but I have no doubt in my mind that she will be the person to help me furnish my home.

Our house would've burned down if we didn't catch the fire on time. Please use this service at your discretion. I also called and notified the owner of the issue. He shifted blame to an electrician he hired for the work. I see this as a big issue because he is not willing to take responsibility for his company's work. The buck has got to stop somewhere.
