My husband and I originally planned on just having our floors sanded, ground and sealed which would have been a 5 day project. We changed our mind and decided to do an overlay which was a much more extensive project but Brian was more then happy to accommodate. Brian and his team worked tirelessly to perfect my custom floors. They were knowledgeable, kind, helpful, patient and listened to my every want. I asked that they contact me if they needed more time, but no one from the company contacted me. 4-There were no post-clean photos that they could provide to me. 5-Our landlord charged us an additional $150 to have a 2nd professional cleaner come in and RE-CLEAN our place as she noted the place was not properly cleaned. When I called to discuss the issues and concerns we had with Lucky Services, the manager was rude and unprofessional. At one point she hung up on me. Offered only an apology for the mistakes. AWFUL.
