DO NOT USE THEM FOR CLEANING!! I do not even know where to start with all the issues and misrepresentations we experienced. 1-The estimate was for $152; our invoice was for $212. 2-I contracted them to provide service for all the items on their "move out" clean, which they did not provide. Not only did they not clean everything on the list, but no one from the company had advised me otherwise. 3-I contracted them for 4 hours of cleaning a completely empty, one-level 1600+ house, which should have been plenty of time. I asked that they contact me if they needed more time, but no one from the company contacted me. 4-There were no post-clean photos that they could provide to me. 5-Our landlord charged us an additional $150 to have a 2nd professional cleaner come in and RE-CLEAN our place as she noted the place was not properly cleaned. When I called to discuss the issues and concerns we had with Lucky Services, the manager was rude and unprofessional. At one point she hung up on me. Offered only an apology for the mistakes. AWFUL. Within a couple hours, Lucky Services delivered my boyfriends favorite treats and a funny card to the hospital where he ended up unexpectedly over night! I live in another state and wanted to do something to make him laugh! Cindy and Rebecca delivered exactly what I asked for! The service was fast and very professional! The packing portion of my experience with Lucky was amazing and totally five star. Unfortunately the rudeness and lack I professionalism I received for the trash removal portion of what I hired them for was so heinous that I am forced to leave 1 star. I used Lucky Services to help me when I was moving and downsizing out of my home. I hired them for 2 different services: packing and trash removal. First, the packing portion: I called them last minute and they were still able to find someone to help me. True life savers. They sent Kerri to help me pack. She was organized, kind, and absolutely fantastic in every way. I don't think I would have pulled in off without her. Second, was the trash removal portion. This was without a doubt the worst I have ever been treated by a company. About a week before I needed the trash removed I called Lucky. I clearly explained that I had at least 2 truckloads, maybe 3 truckloads of trash that needed to be hauled to the dump. I was clear that it was a mixture of household items, trash, and furniture. They said they could help me and sent a guy named Thomas. It was made clear to me that Thomas had a class to teach in the middle of the day, but that he was going to take some trash in the morning, teach his class, and then come back in the afternoon to finish up. Thomas arrived promptly when he was supposed to and loaded up his truck. I was about half an hour late getting there because I got caught on work call, but I figured he's being paid by the hour so no big deal. After Thomas took the first load he sent me a text saying that he wanted to come back, take one more load, and not come back after his class. So he was clearly changing the plan. When he got back there was about a load left in the garage and I showed him 3 other items I needed moved that weren't in the garage. These Items were an old recliner, an old outdoor chaise lounge, and a hammock stand. At this point Thomas became extremely rude. He said that he was told it was just items in the garage, and that's all he wanted to move. He complained that he had a bad back, I knew that he had a class, and he just couldn't do it. I offered to move the 3 items up to the garage for him so that everything would be in the garage. He huffed and puffed and muttered under his breath. I said let me call Lucky to see if they have someone else who wants to work. As I was doing this, he got in his truck and drove off leaving me with all the trash the day before I close on the home. To be clear I communicated that I had 2 to 3 truckloads of trash. He took 1 and quit after he made sure to act like a complete jerk. My 6 year old acts more maturely than this guy. If this wasn't bad enough, when I called lucky and spoke to the owner and a worker there I was told that, "Thomas is one of their best employees, and people ask for him by name", "I must have miscommunicated", and "Thomas was already upset because you were late, so the whole thing was doomed from the start". There wasn't an apology at all. Instead they blamed me, and made me feel even worse. I tried to vent and explain my concerns, but was cut off rudely and blamed some more. I did NOTHING wrong, and I communicated perfectly. Lucky sent a rude baby/man child to my house (seriously complained that he has a bad back when he was sent to do manual labor!?) who walked out on the job. When given this info Lucky backed up their employee and blamed me repeatedly. Absolutely horrendous to treat customers like this. BTW, I hired another local company who came out and took the rest of my trash in 1 load with a smile on their faces, and a thank you for my business. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company. The don't value their customers, and are totally fine with sending rude people to your house. Shame on Thomas and Lucky Services. read more

I used Lucky while I was gone on vacation to help walk my dogs. They did an excellent job! I used them because I knew I could trust their staff with my high energy pooches. I would use their services again for dog walking. I am considering giving Lucky gift certificates for cleaning or errands to family and friends as a gift. These ladies came in with an hour's notice and did a fabulous job removing debris from a home and cleaning it up to the extent that they were able to make a pair of already upset Buyers, and Sellers, and two Realtors more than pleased.
