There's a really good selection of veggie options here- veggie Chow Mein, veggie Vermicelli etc. But the Sweet and Sour chicken is really good, if you eat meat. This Chinese take out is everything you want it to be and more: value for money, friendly service and good enough food. A word of warning though: we once ordered delivery from here (for just a £1 charge) and it took absolutely forever so order early if you're thinking of doing this. We may have just been unlucky but even so. Chop Chop didn't exactly live up to its name that time.

Just be straight up, you've got some cashew nut sauce in that kitchen haven't you? They also do a 'mixed meat' option, but that doest quite sound right to me, so I've always had prawn or chicken. For starters I recommend the soups, especially the noodle soups, which come with beef or chicken. I've got so say though, even though its only soup its damn filling so you might want to skip the delicious pre-main course treat if you aren't starving. Having said that, you could just force it down, along with some prawn crackers and prawn toast (very good here), and you'll still have only spend a few quid.

Or if they do not know they will send you a manager who knows. There must have been a huge problem with allergies and it is a great way to avoid it. It is, in the beginning, a bit annoying until you realize it is actually a good thing (I wonder if Mcdonald's to the same - I'll might have to try that). So I ordered the chicken burger with a breaded fried chicken breast some black pepper mayo sauce some salad, Onions, and a slap of avocado. WOW - the nicely tasting breaded chicken was fried to perfection and it was a really big piece without drying out. Good job! the "burner" was definitely the combination of chicken and that avocado spread mixed in With the black Peppercorn mayonnaise - an almost perfect bite. The bun was not too big to get in the way of tasting what's important all other ingredients have been fresh and am tasty the fries also fried to a crisp state without being burned. Hands down a surprisingly great burger. Oh, I will be back - the service was five starts as well quick, knowledgeable, and friendly!

He is a Fallowfield legend and meeting him is a rite of passage for University of Manchester students. The food? Couldn't tell you to be honest. I have never eaten it sober. At 3am after an unholy amount of alcohol it tastes divine. I think I may have once declared "this is the best thing I have ever eaten" of a chicken kebab. But who cares? Half the people in Kebab King aren't even eating, everyone is just there for the "banter"!

I ordered a Cheeseburger in a bowl with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, the bowl it normally comes in is a small foil tray, luckily I had a Vapiano reusable takeout container with me as it was much sturdier and easier to eat from (They do need to work on their takeout packaging across ALL stores especially with takeout orders the norm now) I do think it was thrown together a little hastily, the two burger patties were stuck together by cheese, it did have some good flavours though although part of the burger did taste a little dry. I also ordered a small fries to go with it, I find the Five Guys fries to be huge portions anyway so a small is normally enough for me, I did find them to be slightly overcooked. I asked for mayo and ketchup to be included in the packet but they seemed to include sachets instead, I hate the sachets as it's so hard to get sauces out and when you do, there's only a tiny amount - I would have much preferred them to fill a small plastic pot, which they normally do in stores anyway. 3* - Overpriced for pretty average food which doesn't stand out from the crowd but still the best place to get a burger in Manchester city centre during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has shut down Honest Burgers, my usual favourite for a good-quality burger and McDonald's, my usual favourite if I want to grab something cheap and quick.

Even though it's "fast food" it's all made onsite by the owners/bakers and there must be around 10 different pizzas you can get which means there's always something different to have each time. My personal favourite is the ham and leek - it's an absolute treat! It does however look like they're starting to diversify and maybe look at becoming slightly more formal in the back of the store. There's a lovely little bar in the back - nicely stocked doing Italian wine, cocktails and beers - I just hope it's visible enough for people to discover as I thought it was a real find! Slice is great if you're hungry before meeting friends, to sit outside if it's a sunny day or to get quality takeaway as opposed to just some rubbish kebab shop pizza. The menu has a very good choice of vegetarian, vegan and meat, options, as well as side dishes and dips. Pizzas come in a 14 inch version, plenty for one; or large, 22 inch versions to share. For dessert they offer a range of ice cream sandwiches. We had two 14 inch, pizzas, one vegetarian, and one meat option, and two 500ml alcohol free lagers, which came to £34. Service throughout was extremely friendly and helpful, and pizzas arrived quite swiftly. The pizzas themselves were really good - thin base, nice crispy crust, and good fillings. Takeaway and pizza by the slice are available. Recommended.

(the big ol v on the menu should have given that away) and it turns out burrata is mozzarella and cream ... anywhoo ... tried the OG and it was one of the best slices I've ever had. Tomato base was tangy and delicious, just enough cheese and not overpowering, an amazing crunch to the base .. it was so good. Moving onto the burrata that was just as nice. You could taste the garlic and the basil oil and the few leafs of basil on it was just enough and not overpowering. Would deffo go back there again when I have a pizza slice craving and maybe even try a full pizza.
