That being said, one of my absolute favorite places is La Siesta Campground. It's incomparable! It has all the creature comforts you could possibly desire and (I cannot stress this part enough) 5 star hospitality! Definitely a home away from home. It can be the most peaceful place, or an excellent meeting ground for friends; both old and new. Already have the next 2 trips here planned and there will always be many more!

I started with Kim as a beginner yogi and quickly learned the ropes by taking a few private session yoga classes with her. Since then, I have learned so much by attending group classes. This studio really is a hidden gem. There is so much character on the outside of the building but even more when you walk inside. It reminds me of a yoga studio that you would see in downtown Manhattan. Aside from how nice the studio is, it's always very clean & tidy. I have taken the majority of my yoga classes with Kim but have also taken several of Carlos classes. Both instructors are great and get you to work up a good sweat during your session. While I love one-on-one yoga sessions with Kim so I can target specific areas, I love the group classes she offers throughout the month where I have met very friendly ladies of all age groups who inspire you to push through. I have never felt complete relaxation like I do after one of Kim's classes. It is not only a good workout, but wonderful meditation and relaxation time. If you want to drown out your stress or clear your mind, or even just break a good sweat...I highly recommend a yoga session with Kim and/or Carlos. The women in the group class just add to the happiness you feel while doing Yoga. They are all so friendly and aren't there to judge but to inspire and support you. I love Heart Flower Studio!

For starters, its gorgeous inside the studio. Newly remodeled, clean, with a touch of modern. I have only been to a class with Anna Luisa as the instructor but there are two other instructors. I have to say, the music and Anna really push you through the workout. I love how motivating she is and it makes a 45-minute workout breeze by. All the employees are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable by taking away the fear of it being your first spin class. They show you to your bike, make necessary adjustments to it based on your height, get your shoes clipped into the bike and give a quick walk-through at the beginning of the class. I love how easily accessible the classes are by booking online through the Studio Bookings app. The classes are affordable and worth every penny. Schedule of classes are also conveniently located through the app for easy booking. Shoes are provided if needed as well as a towel included on your bike (trust me, you'll need it). I am so excited about this new addition to Nogales. I definitely plan on frequenting Speed Up a few times a week for a guaranteed great/motivating workout! Check it out!

They had a beautiful trail, the picnic was small but cute, and it's really good for beginners. I got to meet one of their long term guest from France who was preparing for a horseback trip in Africa and it was really nice to have lunch set up like a true ranch style meal. We got to talk to new people, there's tons of great photo ops, and the cutest little gift store. Staff isn't super friendly and it's definitely not a hilton but everything is cute and on theme. One of the horses did seem somewhat tired when we went but we were also the last rides of the day so hopefully that's not the standard... overall a really a great time!

The Patagonia pool is an aquatic jewel seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The staff are always…read morefriendly, attentive, and amenable to any of your needs. Unlike many pools in large urban areas, the Patagonia pool is almost always dotted with a few other patrons, including yourself and/or party. The water is pristine and the ph levels are tested constantly by the management staff to ensure a quality swimming experience. The entry fee is incredibly reasonable and you can expect to be treated as a member of the community if you visit. I highly recommend it if one is searching for some respite from the oppressive summer heat.
