Ace lost out on over $200 worth of product. I get it, no one wants to work in 2026... but I happened to be working and you made my work day so difficult. But Home Depot profited even more money. I pray this ace hardware location closes down. If you had surgery the day prior and you know you already give piss poor customer service as it is; maybe you should have stayed home.

We walked into ACE Hardware and immediately were greeted in the politest voice! You knew that employee was genuinely happy you were there to look around and hopefully shop in their store. That employee's name was John. John asked us if he could help us and what we were looking for. He had this 'I am proud to be an Ace Hardware employee smile' on his face the entire time we were talking to him. My husband told me to watch "everyone in this store is so polite and helpful". My husband had been here once before and he was right! I walked out of the new ACE Hardware store TOTALLY IMPRESSED! I will be back ACE Hardware!

Worst mistreatment in all my experience. I found some clearance plants on sale in the shelf. I put…read morethem in my cart and proceeded to check out. The cashier informed me that the plants in MY CART had already been purchased by an employee. How does an employee buy my stuff in MY CART. Why were they still on the shelf if they had been purchased. They did me wrong and they lied about it. They had false advertisement and treated me unfair and rude. I'll never shop there again and I will never encourage anyone else. They are the absolute worst. Don't waste your time there. Go somewhere else where employees aren't allowed to take YOUR CART and lie to you. Worst mistreatment in a store I've ever seen. They suck eggs. Don't give them any of your money
