My husband went back to the store to pick up the boots (after being stretched). The boots that were given to him from the clerk was not his boots. The boots were the same brand, but 1 whole size smaller and the boots were very worn on the sole and had alot of wear on toes of boots. The owner of the store was very rude and basically called my husband a liar. The owner was not willing to do make it right and replace his boots since they misplaced them. Don't spend your money here. They are Rip Off's!

These gentlemen are the real deal. I took 3 pairs of shoes to them because I was headed to a…read morewedding weekend and wanted to look as sharp as possible. One pair definitely needed attention, so it was easy for me to hand those over. But I hesitated a little bit with the other 2 pairs because they weren't really all that badly scuffed. They said they could make them look even better, so I handed them over as well. All three pair came back to me looking like I'd just taken them out of the box! They looked brand new!!! And they did it on a rush because I procrastinated. Rabbitman Footwear saved me!! Thank you very much, gentlemen! I'll be back the next time I am in Albany with shoes/boots that need some love. I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! Excellent service and SUPER AFFORDABLE!! I almost threw them away!!

They looked like they had a great selection of boots to choose from and I thought this was a good choice to find what I needed. Stood around for about 15 - 20 min. (wasn't that busy in the store) before I got help from a girl wearing sweets, like it was casual day. She had little product knowledge and didn't seem to know how to help. Maybe they were short staffed and they threw her on the floor. I felt I could have done just as good if I went to Walmart and did it myself. After a while I just got frustrated and decided to come back another time. Hopefully the next time will be better.

They try to tell me that it takes 4-7 business days to get a credit. Baloney. I made a return to two other stores on the same day and received a credit the next day. Called their customer service because the "manager" said they don't deal with this issue in the store. Customer service number is not a person. Have to leave a message and supposedly they will get back with you. Nothing yet. Such a hassle. Who has time for this. I'll never deal with this company again.
