I tried giving the "owner" Zack the benefit of the doubt, and talked about refunds after figuring out that his business isn't even up and running. He promised to pay back & never did. Therefore I am now stuck with dishing out more money to an actual, professional, and certified business to get my windows pulled back out and new ones put back in again. He took an entire month to finally get started on my windows, only to have employees that didn't know what they were doing and for him to take my money and leave after he promised refunds after even he himself admitted how horribly done they were. Wouldn't recommend!! Unless you want to be out of $15,000

In March 2023 with the big wind storm we had, it damage to my roof. I contacted CMS to repair my…read moreroof. At that time I left a bad review and they reached out saying it was an employee that no longer works there and wanted me to give them a second chance. My bad!!! I gave them a second chance and deleted my review. They gave me an outrageous quote which was sent to my insurance company. My insurance kept reaching out to them, trying to come to an agreement but CMS would not reply. CMS wanted me to forward a statement that they had wrote ( pretending it was me) to my insurance company. Outrageous!!! They stopped responding to me and my insurance company.As we were reaching the end of the year and rain hitting I had to move on. I reached out to another company, had my roof replaced and still have yet to hear from CMS. Outrageous I DO NOT recommend!
