They had fans and dehumidifiers running within 2 hours of our phone call to them for an upstairs pipe breaking. The tear out process moved more slowly than Danny or us would have liked, but that was due to insurance. Danny was able to identify areas that he thought had more water and required more tear out. I was not totally convinced but went ahead with it. Sure enough the areas were very wet. Had we not gone ahead we would have been dealing with major mold down the road. Danny made many visits here and was sure to be here when the adjuster came. He has made calls to our insurance and moved things along which was so helpful. He used to be an insurance adjuster which was very helpful. Communication has been excellent and timely. Empathy for our situation was also appreciated. I would absolutely recommend disaster team, and I'm so glad they are who we called!

Nor Is Servpro a reputable company and should be put out of business. I called Servpro again this morning and again this afternoon and of course couldn't get anyone by phone. $8000 cash and a jewelry case full of jewelry. They also stole my black rod iron fireplace tools and a heavy crystal bowl with a lid on a living room side table and my electric toothbrush. I don't advise anyone to hire Servpro. They hire thieves. Tiles were taken down and bathtub removed beginning of December. Left with pipes showing and nothing done until the first of December when they finally came and put up the plaster walls. Since then tiles and bags of mortar have been stacked in the bathroom since the first week of January. They were supposed to be here Wednesday, Feb. 18 and if not, then definitely Feb 19. Now they say tomorrow, Feb. 20 because they are working on another project. Definitely will never, ever use them for anything. They do not communicate and just tell you what sounds good when you finally get to talk to someone.

I gave them a second chance and deleted my review. They gave me an outrageous quote which was sent to my insurance company. My insurance kept reaching out to them, trying to come to an agreement but CMS would not reply. CMS wanted me to forward a statement that they had wrote ( pretending it was me) to my insurance company. Outrageous!!! They stopped responding to me and my insurance company.As we were reaching the end of the year and rain hitting I had to move on.
