I emailed this company regarding some work I needed done. I received no response. Upon meeting the owner several months later and sharing this story with him, his response was "Yes, we had some issues there where people let the ball drop". That was it. No apology, no attempt at attempting to regain my business (I still have not contracted with a company to have this work done). One would think at the very least he would apologize, and possibly ask if I was still seeking help.... someone would call me right away..... I'll take care of you...whatever... Nothing. Jeff and his guys did a great job recommending, installing, and setting up our home theater system. We also installed speakers upstairs and outside to work with our computer network and the recevier for the home theater system. It is amazing!
