How can you make it through a VT winter if your front door will not even latch? He also missed a huge carpenter ant infestation in the master bathroom where some trees were touching the house. Replacing the front door alone cost me $4,000. When I pointed this out to him, he didn't even offer an apology. Let alone a refund. I thought about going after him in court, but it is too hard to go after a home inspector. Better to just avoid.
