Matt was spectacular! It was so refreshing to call the number and have not only a real person answer but Matt himself! He coordinated with the seller's realtor directly and performed the water collection and testing less than a week out! Matt emailed regularly to keep us updated and made sure we had the results of the tests in less than a week. He was cordial, professional, and efficient. His experience in Realty and engineering only add to his credibility as a knowledgeabl, credible, and trustworthy inspector. He even followed up with helpful advice in regard to our water system with LINKS directly to the websites of those services. My whole experience with Lary was exactly what I wanted. In my communication before the inspection he got back to me promptly, communicated via phone, text message, and email, and was able to suggest a few times that worked for him. He was actually a little early at the property and was able to do some of the exterior inspection before I arrived. He walked through the whole property with me, including the out buildings and helped to sort out some property boundary questions that I had. His descriptions of the building and its systems were detailed but he didn't talk over my head with contractor jargon. He was down to earth, friendly and thorough. The inspection report came in the next day with pictures and graphics to help me understand. It was easy to read and Lary made himself available after the inspection for some follow-up questions.
