Things that you don't even attempt to ask for at one of the those Monster banks like B of America. I travel loads and they helped me out of yet another bad situation. Ken was on holiday so I dealt with Suzanne and Doreen and yet they sorted me out shockingly fast through email. I remember at B of America that same task that Suzanne and Doreen sorted in an hour would have taken a week. Not joking here and it was no simple task. They have an iphone app, online banking and bill pay. They also refund any charges for non Bank of Canton ATM's. I have to say the service is just brilliant. They have really helped out my bf and I.
