Kimmi at Cavanaugh Insurance gave me the best insurance experience I have had so far. Kimmi went through my existing car coverage and gave me a quote that as 33% less than my existing agent with better deductibles and lower premiums. She held my hand and explained what each part of the coverage actually covered and what I would be paying out of pocket if anything happens. She gave me a choice to choose alternative premiums and fine tune my car insurance to my liking. She answered all my questions by email within an hour or so and we got everything squared away in ~2 days (with canceling of the old insurance company and signing the new one). This was all done by email, I never had to step foot in the office. This is one of the best car insurance experiences I've had so far and I strongly suggest giving them a try for a quote!

I was initially a little wary of using an agent instead of going through an insurance company directly, but they have definitely changed my mind! In addition to the air of professionalism they bring about to every interaction I've had with them, they have top-notch, old-school customer service. When I switched, I was unemployed and had an issue where a payment I didn't believe I needed to make was taken out and overdrafted my account. I spoke to Kip and, within the day, had the payment and the overdraft fee in my bank account. They then politely informed me that the payment was actually supposed to go down, and were extremely patient with me returning just the payment. She also was instrumental in registering our car. I love being able to call, text and email Diana. For example, I just called her to ask if she does life insurance too. She said emphatically, "YES! I do all the insurance!" Then she gave me extra insight into IUL insurance and said we'd discuss it later. :-)
