That was when they vanished into thin air (with our money and materials). To add insult to injury we have already encountered problems with the work that has been done and will have to pay to fix the poor work they put into the project. Don't get sucked in by this guys "5-star customer service" crap. I have no idea how these people can sleep at night. WORST MISTAKE WE EVER MADE!
