First, the service here is always substandard and usually non-existent. It is not because there is not enough staff, it is because the ample staff they have working does not seem concerned with the customers beyond the register. Reached out to the company through their website, Facebook and instagram was never able to get in contact with anyone to help with the fact that even after that wait, only ONE OF THE TWO SHIRTS was delivered. Packing slip was our complete order but one shirt was missing. These are NOT cheap shirts. We used to love project615 when they were right down the street and had a physical location.
