Delivered: One SHODDY attempt that had ZERO positive effect on my lawn. Promised: All-encompassing weed spraying with a GUARANTEE of thoroughness and perseverance. Delivered: A PATHETIC, cursory 15-minute session. My backyard and side yard? COMPLETELY IGNORED! And the icing on this disaster cake? The second round of fertilizer? NOWHERE TO BE SEEN! Two weeks later weeds are as healthy as ever. cancelled the contract, demanded a refund (which they refused). will likely need to cancel the credit card and get a new number so they wont continue to charge. Customer service was useless, making excuses and promises to show up which were also not kept. Felt like dealing with an AI designed to string you along. Do yourself a favour and avoid them.
