Mold in bathroom. Ancient, no-upkeep appliances. Even if you are desperate, look somewhere else. Holes in the road grow bigger. They don't even have someone manage the sidewalks so the elderly can get to their cars during the ice. They claim to want to help the homeless, it's just a way for them to get people stuck here so they can keep getting their money. The only thing they care about is trying to make sure they pass the annual inspections and getting your rent check. Stay far away. read more

This property management company is an actual joke. Especially at the Sunnyside Apartments in Munfordville. They do NOT care about their residents at all. They would rather have disabled residents go homeless during the holidays than let them back into their apartments after OUTSIDE repairs. Two months to do some concrete work is absolutely insane. Changing locks on apartments with out notifying residents prior is also not good practices and makes one think that you are going to lock residents out of their apartments, destroy ALL of their personal belongings and REFUSE to let them back into their homes. Only logical explanation for that behavior. To go along with that, they have an absolutely inept person in the front office. Ashley just leaves the office wide open, to give anyone access to the residents personal information, to go fraternize with known drug users on the property. To leave your residents hanging like this is not good business practice, and one would expect more from David Zurmehly and Garry Watkins. To cause disabled residents more harm to their health and well being is inexcusable. INEXCUSABLE. Any person who has a home should not be forced to live in their car due to the apartment complex where they live and pay rent not allowing them back into their apartment for a cosmetic update. I would hope that this situation would be rectified ASAP (as in end of week of December 15, 2025) before Department of Human Services, SSDI, the Grayson County Commission, and the local news are all contacted. After I gave a poor review; the appropriate people seemed to take the humidity issue more seriously. I don't know if that is because of the review or a coincidence. The humidity problem in my apartment is much better now. I am told anything below 60% in this type of weather is good. I have been told by many that is still too high...but I am not a professional so I will accept that I am being told correctly by Homeland, Inc. and hope no more mold will be growing in my apartment. If you're looking for a new apartment or rental home, keep on looking!!!!They have several in Elizabethtown, Hodgenville, Litchfield and several others and then there's Indiana and the other border counties. I have lived at Reno One for 18 years and this is one of the most disorganized bunch of people I've ever seen. We got a new manager and from what I understand the other/old manager had certain people who could do anything, others got written up over nothing. My dishwasher has been broken for over two years, my sink has a leak from the new faucet, my carpet is torn apart because they got dry rotted carpet and it just comes apart in pieces and it's torn apart all the way down the hallway and a line across the hall, my smoke detector is just passed it's expiration and it beeps the loudest, high pitched beep. I called the emergency number because this has been going on for 2 days now and she said that the guy on duty would call me....8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5,7, then I called again but both the receptionist and Brian? not sure were both gone for the day so she said that Wesley would call me back.It's 2:58AM, I bet he's asleep. If it's not fixed soon, I'm gonna go red neck and just pull the high pitched piece of crap out of the wall. We pay so much for the little things we have while Big time property owners bit cheap crap, refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer and hot water heater, central air conditioning/heating. Well last review hard to believe they take care of property where I live makes sure you have no leaks etc! It's income based not section 8 so state inspection all time so I don't see how her ceiling etc falling they don't care you must Have The Wrong Company! I have reported the leak over my shower for months. Now, 1/4/19, the ceiling is crumbling into the tub. (When I moved here a maintenance man told me not to put stuff down the drain-now the ceiling is going down the drain). The tiles in the kitchen are popping up. The carpet in the bedroom (I only use for storage b/c it smells like mildew) is so loose it trips me. I need to know the brand and color of paint for touch ups. Management won't tell me. I'm too sick to move. My apartment only needs ordinary care. Last summer management brought an architect into my apt. to evaluate it to make it 'handicapped' accessible. I need the ceiling fixed. My property manager pam martin is awesome! She's a great assert to your company. Personally I have live in this complex for 10 plus years in Powell station I love my apartment and my neighbors . It's a great place to live. And very pretty in spring . With all the flowering bushes and trees. The only down thing I would say. Is I wish our parking was assigned.
