She's been very forward and is practically family. There've been a few homes we liked but we secretly sabotaged the deal because we didn't want to part ways with Amber (kidding). In all seriousness, there was a 2400 sq foot home we adored. We liked the immediate area. We loved neighborhood, etc. Amber said she heard something negative about the area as we were about to submit our offer. She ended up recollecting and informed us of a 650 acre Auto Mall. Upon further investigation, the automall developer is notorious for adding a truck stop and strip club wherever they build (maybe a coincidence). Either way Amber could have saved herself a lot of time and energy and kept quiet. Instead, she looked out for our needs and 8 months later, she's still with us, patiently dealing with my cynical and outgoing personality. Definitely my realtor for life. ****Update 7/13/2019**** Had an interesting experience and had Amber in my corner. I don't want to share exactly what she did but I do want to say that most people in business would never go out of their way for the customer like she does. By the way, I spoke to a professional who was unaffiliated with Amber. They spoke highly of her and said I was lucky to have her as my agent due to her tact, knowledge, and professionalism. We were involved with another agent (seller's agent) and the agent was so unprofessional they probably cost their seller a deal. Had Amber been representing both parties, the deal would have most likely gone through.

When we started our journey with Chris Brown it was great he was there when we needed him and…read moreanswered all the questions we had. After we came in to sign the paperwork seems like things were turned upside down. Chris became unavailable yes it was due to training classes but when we told him many times we need to speak to him directly he couldn't take a few minutes before or after his training to give us a call. Inside he would text us or push us off on his team Toni or Anne. Through the process with the whole team we asked many times for them to explain something and we kept getting the same song and dance, even one time was told to stop worry everything would be fine. If everything was fine we would be seeing our closing costs going from $3,400's to $3,900 to $4,200 to $4,600 and finally to $5,200's at closing with no details why its increasing. This is my first home its my right to wonder and know the reason for the increase. We were also told that if you paid Debit or check for the Appraisal it would be credited back to you at closing, than weeks later we find that it would only be credited if there was seller credit left at the end. We were also told that the 2nd reappraisal would be collected at the closing and not to worry there is not extra money out of packet. Next time i look at my bank account I am now missing $175 for a reappraisal. My biggest issue about this was it was unauthorized I never gave Toni or Anne or anyone the okay to charge my account a 2nd time and I didn't even have a warning. When i brought this us to Toni it was just a sorry. When I brought this up to Chris he ended up pushing back to Toni instead of giving me a call to discuss this. Sorry but if one of my employees just broke the law i would make sure i call the person right away not text them. There were many other lies from Toni and Anne as well. Little things like saying an Appraisal was submit 1 day than find it wasn't submit until the following when we were trying to get the 3rd appraisal in so we might of had a chance to close on time. Little things like being told that FEMA and HUD just now released the lock for Appraisals than finding out from the same person later that same day it was released the day before. For these reason and many more I would never use Chris or his team again. I would not refer anyone to Chris. Yes the work was completed, Yes it was a week late, but when with a week extra we still found ourselves 30 minutes before closing searching for answers that we have been asking about for weeks.

He and his crew showed up on time daily. They picked up after themselves at the end of each day and they finished the project on time. Darrell gave me 2 quotes, one to simply satisfy the HOA, and the second to fill all the cracks from the house settling, power wash, prime and paint the entire house. This is an investment rental property and I hadn't been to the house in a while, and when selecting the colors from the HOA approved color palettes, I picked the wrong one. I didn't want to change the color, so I sent him all of the palettes, and he did a BEAUTIFUL job - I had selected the higher quote so that I don't have to redo it for years, and it turned out to be gorgeous. Plus he offers a touch-up guarantee so if I run across any minor issues, he'll come back out to take care of it. I *highly* recommend Done Wright - I was so impressed!
