When homeowners filed with the state's dispute process, they did not help the board work with the homeowners, and took it as an opportunity to make more money off the HOA. When the Board was sanctioned for violating CC&Rs, this management company attacked the homeowners and refused to help them hold the Board accountable for the violations.
