When the men put it in they did not include a new battery. Why do I want to keep an old battery in. Then a year later I had them service the generator and the maintenance man never started the generator. Every Wednesday the generator come on at 12 PM. It didn't come on. The battery was dead and the generator was sold to me with a bad controller. We really didn't have a generator working for a while. We paid close to $7000 dollars and had to pay for a new controller and a battery. I was pissed. The controller was $550 and battery was $130.00
