I wouldn't mind paying for this much but it didn't work and causes me more allergy's than helping with my allergy problems. When I called him, he suggested to wait for couples days n try again? This worked for me. True, the medicines are expensive and tedious to take, but the treatment was well worth the effort, and Dr. Singh is about as kind of a doctor as you can find. I came to Dr. Singh very lactose intolerant, gluten free for the last 5 years, and becoming grain free due to increasing intolerance. In my first appointment, Dr. Singh promised that I would be able to have milk again and that my reactions would at least get better or even disappear with the gluten. We are currently seeking treatment for our 4.5 month old son for his acid reflux. Dear Dr, Firstly I did try to express my concerns directly to you, actually just questions (my concerns had already been discussed in my phone conversation with you) but you refused to respond to my emails or phone calls. You picked up once, said you were in a meeting and would call me back in 10 min but never did, when I called you back it went to voicemail. I left a msg asking you why you were not responding and that I might go to another homeopath but still no response from you. Before I paid you, you would respond to my queries immediately, can you give me a good reason why you didn't respond? Secondly the web consultation did not last 45 min, I expected it to but the actual consultation with my daughter was actually only 20 min ( I saw the time), an extra 5-7 min with me and we were done. On your website it mentions phone consultations are $60 so since this was less than 30 min, I expected you to prorate it. I think I was just too naive. Thirdly you shipped me the medication only after I paid you online and you saw the payment confirmation. Yes you did waive the shipping fee and that is appreciated but as I see it shipping should have been free anyway considering the bill was $260 and most people are doing free shipping nowadays. My goal was not to tarnish your reputation, I was just stating facts. I had no intention to write any reviews (in fact this is the first time I've posted reviews on anyone) but this seemed to be the only way to get your attention. In my entire life, I have probably given less than five recommendations or reviews. I do not put my name on anything until unless I feel intensely about it.
