Homeowners call with no response, holiday lighting hasn't been completed since they started managing, the community is a wreck to the degree that there is a metal post (that used to have a garbage can on it) sticking up out of the ground in the tot lot, dead trees that haven't been removed and are literally slumped over, unkept dog park, etc. the list goes on. If that is not enough, they also share confidential Homeowner information with members of the community. Furthermore, the paid maintenance man is also a resident of the community. Seems like a conflict of interest, but not my area of expertise. Hope this helps!
