Great selection of all home decorations. Certainly located I. Perfect home shopping center next to Costco.

This is the second trip that I've had this happen where I spend a lot of time selecting merchandise that appears to be on sale, only to get to the register and told that it's not. Today it was all outdoor and garden items 75% off. I had about eight things. When I got to the register, none of them were included in the sale even though that's what the sign stated I am done with the store. I will never be back again. I would recommend no one else waste their time.

The isles were very organized and they had an excellent selection for just about anything you would need for the home. However, it put a bad taste in my mouth when they only had 2 registers open and their was a line of people waiting to get checked out. We waited over 10 minutes to get to the front of the line. This location also has two exits; an elderly couple wanted to get checked out on the other side of the store where the exit was, but the staff told them they needed to go to the other side of the store to get checked out, even though they had a register on this side but nobody to staff it. When I used to work retail we would go out of our way to help customers that were elderly because it was not a short walk. To see At Home not even care and have the minimum amount of staff working at the location was really disappointing. With Home Goods and other retail stores being in the area, I'll likely not be back.

Would have loved to have spoken to the manager but when we found him , AGAIN, full face hurried into her personal phone again. Honestly, this store has a pathetic team of workers. Here's a photo of the teen just gossiping and ignoring us, not a single person spoke to us.

Store Associate wearing a Macy's name tag did not know what to do to process an exchange and told me I would have to take the 83 lb cabinet with me and come back another time. The 800 number for customer was not working...she told me I could listen to the message. By this point, I'm getting annoyed. She then offered that I could leave the cabinet and come back another time to speak to the manager. I returned it instead - the same cabinet is sold on Wayfair (Kelly Clarkson Liza Cabinet) and at Macy's, but after receiving 2 damaged, I'll just pass. This was my first and will be my last purchase from Kirkland's.

They have framed art, candles, garden accessories, outdoor furniture, rugs, and flowers. A little bit of everything. I found the perfect lamps color wise and price wise. They were offering 25% off any green tagged lamp so they were also quite a bargain. The sales person wrapped them up for me and was very helpful throughout my shopping experience. I was also able to find a great tiny black and wicker table for the corner of an office. It may be a small store but they have lots of great pieces for you to see. A great store to browse through as I am sure items are constantly coming and going.

They are uneducated, don't know their…read moreproduct, falsely advertise, recommend the wrong product, and then when you pay the money and install it, they don't stand behind any of the so-called "lifetime warranties". I am disabled and full-time in a power wheelchair. I live on a low income. My original floors were getting pretty bad so I went into Floor & Decor and met with their so-called "flooring expert" for their recommendation. I told them I often come in after it's been raining with wet wheels and that I have two older dogs that sometimes have accidents. They recommended to me a product that advertises it is "100% pet proof", "100% waterproof", and the highest rating for durability, being an "AC5". It also claims to have a "lifetime" warranty. I decided to spend the money and replace my flooring because I wanted something that I no longer had to worry about ruining. The flooring was not even in for two weeks when my 6 pound Yorkie missed his little pee pad and got some on the floor. It caused the flooring to delaminate and bubble at the seams where it got on it. I called them and expressed my concern so they sent out a third-party flooring inspector. When that inspector was here, he told me that the product should not have failed like this and that it was faulty. He also asked me if I ever confirmed that this flooring was rated for a power wheelchair. I told him I went by what the expert told me, but never checked for myself. Upon later, checking, it turns out this flooring IS NOT recommended for power wheelchairs because of the torque and the twist of the wheels when you turn and stop. It says overtime the planks will begin to shift and separate at the seams. After I made a claim to Floor & Decor first just about the delamination from where my little 6 pound dog had an accident, they later said they are not responsible for it because the flooring does not guarantee against "pet urine". I asked what part of "100% pet proof" and "100% waterproof" does this not qualify under? Nowhere on the box or in the paperwork inside does it ever specify anything about urine. Obviously, in hindsight, their expert had no idea what they were talking about. I wanted something waterproof, pet proof, and rated for a power, wheelchair and the product I was sold on, paid for, and had installed, apparently meets none of those requirements! Then I tried to simply get this resolved and they basically told me I was up Schitt's Creek because they don't stand behind their products and their so-called experts are allowed to be out there telling lies and falsely advertising what the product says it does. Never ever deal with this company or their crappy ass products and stupid people in your life! You will thank me later! Go to Lowe's or Home Depot where there are much less expensive products, but you have to do your own research. Apparently, even when you go to the experts, you still have to do your own research, which I failed to do and now they won't stand behind! Again, in summary, never ever ever ever trust these people or deal with these people or give them any of your money! They are liars and crooks who do not stand behind their products and are happy to take advantage of handicapped people on low incomes!
