We also wanted a rustic look for the bedroom set and the owner helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Having the owner helping us, who was clearly knowledgeable, made a huge difference in the shopping experience. At first the service was fine, but we had multiple problems with the actual delivery and products…read more First the mattress was 2 inches too short. We had it returned, and then when the replacement arrived the delivery people found a hole in the mattress so didn't even bring it in (which makes sense). Then, when the replacement was supposed to be delivered, they had one not in a box like the first one had come, so they couldn't get it up our stairwell. So we had to call Customer Service and explain, and have them come a fourth time with the product in a box. THEN the delivery people wouldn't take the old mattress away, so we had to schedule yet another visit so another contractor could pick it up and get rid of it. So: beware, and communicate carefully about what you want, whether the mattress needs to be in a box to fit up the stairs, etc.
