I went under contract for a condo at the Arbory in summer 2022. During this time, the developer and sales team communicated that closings would happen in September / October 2022 and delays would be unlikely. However, since this time, closings keep getting pushed back month by month and are now 8 months + delayed without a set close date even at this point. Communications are poor, progress updates are not transparent, and there is a clear lack of accountability. My impression at this point is that the developers and sales team are dishonest in their representations of timelines in order to sell more units and mislead buyers. Buyers at the Arbory, including myself, have now incurred tens of thousands of dollars of additional lending fees due to delays in closing, which the seller is unwilling to assist with. Would be highly cautious if deciding to go under contract the the Arbory or other developments through Generation Development due to their business practices.

We thought 3 hrs was a bit much, when he never really took our info on the condo, but oh well... at least he was going to call us & get our place up for sale. Never heard back from him. Remax actually has 2 other condos listed for sale in our building, (14 units) but they don't bother to even show them or advertise. REMAX IS A JOKE!!!!!! Save your time & go somewhere else! Over the course of the ski season, the house was booked for only 23 days, I was invoiced roughly as much I collected, and my net earnings for six months failed to cover a single mortgage payment. My experience with Pinnacle could not have been much worse. We started with nearly a thousand dollars' worth of cleaning on a house that had already been professionally cleaned. The list of things they wanted to acquire for the house was tremendous, including insisting I buy a pizza pan (which I actually already had.) At every turn, I'd have to send follow-up emails to get any of my questions answered. Eventually I gave my plants away because they estimated that with driving time they'd charge me for 2-hours per visit to water them, and I calculated that keeping them alive would cost over $2800/year. The subtext is that's how little time they were spending in the house. The "Manager of client Happiness" literally never set foot in it. When I wanted a response from said manager, I'd sometimes cc every other email in the company. Otherwise, I wouldn't hear back. I visited the house myself in March, and the master shower was dripping. That means that both the person who cleaned the shower and the person who inspected said cleaning failed to notice a steadily dripping shower. I paid them to fix it, and now the hot and cold are reversed. There's more ridiculousness than even this, but I'm ready to put part of my life behind me. If you read this and still go with Pinnacle, just remember that you were warned and did not listen.
