When I reached out to management with proof and a formal request to resolve the issue, they initially responded with some additional questions. When I answered and provided more proof, they ignored it entirely. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and failure to stand behind their work. Stay away from this company - they have a great facade and marketing, but really do not care about their customers.

After moving around the world for 30 plus years serving on active duty, I had the opportunity to…read morepurchase a few homes along the way. I've always had positive and great home inspections until now. So many simple costly things were missed and makes me wonder what else will go wrong. I'll share a few examples. Washer/dryer should be easy to detect issues and marked satisfactory on report. First time I turned it on I could smell burning lint and paper plus it was flying all over the laundry room (see pics) several roof tiles cracked and not noted on report and then we get to the electrical panel which was installed last year and supposedly inspected by this company. Nope! There was intermittent flickering on/off when we walked through with lights and fans and the lights were noticeably not bright. I chalked it up to light bulb needing to be replaced. Replaced and cleaned everything didn't solve the issue. So had the original contractor who installed the panel come out. Everything was loose in main panel once tightened flickering stopped and all the lights were much brighter throughout the whole house. Why didn't the inspector catch these simple and important items? Beyond me. I could go on and on with the full list but won't. I would think twice before hiring this company. It would've definitely impacted my offer and purchase price now I'm out thousands of extra dollars I wouldn't have had to spend yet. Do your home work folks.

Matt had a private conversation with people about my inspection whom he had NO RIGHT to speak to. I wasn't made privy to these conversations and still don't know what was discussed. I received an email from Matt Foster where he CC'd people who had no business being copied about ME OR MY REPORT. Why is Matthew Foster discussing ANY of his clients with third parties who have no interest in the inspection? I was charged and paid for the inspection myself and he took it upon himself to have conversations, email exchanges, and even the information in my inspection, he revealed to others without my consent.
