There are visible sharpie marks on the zipper, a makeup stain, wonky stitching everywhere. I ordered 2 bags and a keychain. The keychain for $15 is ridiculous considering its crooked and not lined up and the stitching is even crooked! They are offering me a full refund but it seems I am out shipping. I am really disappointed because I was very excited about Katie's collaboration.
