Joe provided us with paper accordion shades to cover our windows until the blinds arrived - SO much nicer than either naked windows or bed sheets! It has been difficult waiting but I understand the company was re-purchased by the previous owner late, October. This caused difficulty with tracking and receiving certain products. The staff at the Dover store was courteous and responsive as much as they could be during the waiting period. The butcher block is beautiful and worth the wait since it matches an earlier install in my kitchen. Another issue is making contact with corporate customer service, it is like the new owner does not want customers to give feedback or have problems resolved. Hopefully this will be improved Going forward.
