Since this home had just been built there was nothing on the windows. Joe provided us with paper accordion shades to cover our windows until the blinds arrived - SO much nicer than either naked windows or bed sheets! When the blinds and shutters arrived Joe's crew went to work and completed the job. We had shutters installed on our sliding glass door, and they took a little longer, but we received the same efficient serves and follow-up from Joe when they were installed. It has been difficult waiting but I understand the company was re-purchased by the previous owner late, October. This caused difficulty with tracking and receiving certain products. The staff at the Dover store was courteous and responsive as much as they could be during the waiting period. The butcher block is beautiful and worth the wait since it matches an earlier install in my kitchen. Another issue is making contact with corporate customer service, it is like the new owner does not want customers to give feedback or have problems resolved. Hopefully this will be improved Going forward.

The complete lack of follow up and misinformation about paying half at start of job and half at completion was extremely frustrating. I then spoke with the manager and while he did refund the deposit could care less about our experience. We will go somewhere else as clearly this is just another very poorly run franchise.
