He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). This cost was justifiable and it didn't feel like an upsell at all. I think the value paid for his time and effort was very well worth it. I plan to use him again.

The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys.
