However, right before my inspection I found out these other services could not be provided. My home inspector provided great pictures and a lot of issues were in the report. However, my home inspector missed a lot of big concerns. The electrical was all messed up and needed rewiring (not too expensive to fix but this was a missed fire hazard). The new furnace was installed incorrectly and the furnace venting was too small ($5,000 bill). The electrical outlets weren't even grounded. How does a home inspector missed that?? It literally is just putting in a cheap testing device into the outlets to check them.

My wife contacted Mold No More LLC and spoke with the owner Adam who was nice enough to stop by and take a look on his way home, just to give us peice of mind about the possibility of it being bad or toxic. When Adam arrived, he didn't have to go through all that he did with us, but what we learned was the absolute best lesson in mold we could have ever asked for.
