We used US Inspect at the recommendation of our realtor. We booked online, which was quite easy, and selected Craig Everett for the inspection. As first-time homebuyers, we were incredibly happy to have Craig as our inspector. He arrived at the property before we did at the appointment time and stayed past the allotted two-hour window to cover everything and answer all of our (many) questions.
