No Problem. It worked for possibly 2 weeks. Called the Mgt. co And again they contacted Earl. Since this happewned on a Friday at 5:15, he was supposed to come on Monday between 8 and noon. Finally called at 330 to say he wasn't coming and asked me to diagnose it. I told him it was his job. He called me a "Jackass" and further informed me and the management company that he would not ever come to our rental. They stood behind him as A "kindly, sweet man; the calmest person ever." Well, that is not the case. Earl is close to retirement. No time too soon in our estimation. Just beware of an incompetent, rude individual. BTW, our refrigerator has not been running since June 26th, after Earl supposedly repared it. We cannot get anywhere with Gemstone Properties/Sky Ridge Development! They set up an appointment for the same day and came out within the window given. Levi quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out to be an item under warranty. Nikki went to bat for us with GE as they were a pain to deal with. Their follow up was fantastic and they kept us informed along the way. In the end, we had to have GE do the repair...but I would not hesitate to call All Star Appliance for any future appliance repairs as they went above and beyond for us with GE to make sure we were taken care of.

Missing part of the top cover. He uses cheap used parts. He said he would fix the leak, get the cover, never did. His wife said they tried to call and blamed us for not repairing it which is simply ANOTHER lie. They do not return calls, they are weeks out, then they charge you to come look, then again when they return. He is slow at working, milking the clock, he does not carry any spare parts.
