My boyfriend called to schedule the appointment for 3/18/25 but when he called to confirm the appointment on the same day but hours earlier than the appointment, he was told that there was no appointment and that Gina had no idea what he was talking about, she claimed to not even remember my dog or have his name on their records. She said they switched from a computer system to whatever they have now, which would be fine if they transferred over all the information correctly. She did offer to rebook us for this past Saturday but when we called on Thursday and Friday to confirm the booking, she wouldn't even answer the phone. For two days. Friday, we called and scheduled an appointment with another groomer because we're tired of getting the run around from this lady, and needless to say but we didn't come in for our appointment on Saturday because of her lack of response and her failure to call us to confirm our appointment as well. We received no phone call, no text and no email asking us to confirm but we wanted to call to make sure nothing happened with both our appointments. Our dog is 2 years old but we've had him since last July and the previous owners had gotten him groomed before coming to us so we're still figuring out the ropes with how long to plan out his grooming appointments but for us, this company and groomer just made everything more difficult than it should've been.

Three months ago I was in the market for a new groomer for my 14 year old Mini Schnauzer. Being a…read moreprotective dog mother, I asked my veterinarian for recommendations. Furry and Fabulous, now known as Dawn's Blissful Paws Canine Spa, was one of the groomers on the list. Having looked at their reviews, I was happy with what I saw. I even called and asked if they would be equipped to handle an old, grumpy, little old man. They assured me that they have someone who is great with seniors. The first couple of grooms weren't spectacular, but the appointment that we had on July 9th was the absolute worst. I usually get my dog cut with a two guard and keep his face fluffy like a puppy. The attached photo is what I was greeted with on the 9th when I picked him up. He was shaved to the skin (which I did not ask for), had blood on his beard, looked greasy, had irritated spots all over his body and was still stinky. They did make me aware that they hit his quick while clipping his nails, but why didn't they clean him up after? Why was blood all over his beard? He looked and felt so gross that I had to immediately give him a bath when we got home. Not only that, I had to take him to the vet because he's been limping and not putting weight on his front left leg since his appointment. The vet and I both agree that someone was too rough with him during the groom. My son took my Standard Poodle Payton to get groomed today. He told Kevin that he needed his nails…read moredone, ears plucked and grooming. I had previously spoken with Kevin and told him that I wanted Payton's hair on his head and ears left long. I wanted to make sure that he understood so I had my son take a picture of what we were trying to achieve-an eventual top knot. As you can see from his before and after, his hair on his ears and head are cut way to short. I'm really disappointed in the cut. It doesn't look well groomed except for his tail. I won't go back.

Update; This business owner is over -the-top, and not in a…read moregood way. His response perfectly demonstrates exactly what I described. *The lies *The excuses *The accusations Just as expected. I (unlike the shop owner and the 'groomer') have no reason to lie. The pictures show only the visible part of the damage. The permanent damage to his trachea, his knee and front leg/shoulder cannot be seen except on X-rays. The emotional damage and PTSD is an everyday thing and I'm still working at a snails pace, gentling him back into grooming. He doesn't shake as much as he did at first but it's still awful for him. These people are monsters, and the 'groomer', Cassidy...I don't know this person, never met her before, but I do know that she has absolutely no business dealing with animals. Shame on you people! Dropped off my Pom for basic grooming with Cassidy. Instead of a well groomed fluffy happy Pomeranian, I picked up a very quiet little Pom with The entire bottom half of guard hairs cut off, you can see his skin through the undercoat that is left. He was abused in a manner that caused his trachea to partially collapse with improper use of the grooming loop. Cassidy caused his front right leg to no longer have full range of motion, and a luxating patella (his right rear leg), repaired with no issues for ten years, is knocked out of place as a result of the 'grooming' he received from Cassidy. The owner was rude, accused me of lying. Cassidy lied. Another employee there lied. Owner was physically very threatening, approaching me quickly several times stopping inches from my face, so close his spit got on my face as he yelled at me. Of that's the sort of thing you are looking for, you're going to absolutely LOVE this place!

They are the first groomer that hasn't hurt my pup while grooming him, he came back to me so happy and crazy just like when I dropped him off. The prices were incredible for the service. Normally it costs well over $100 for a doodle grooming, but I paid around $65 for the grooming (bath, trim, nails), it was more with a tip of course but they were wonderful so absolutely deserved! So thank you a ton for being good to him, he'll be back soon!!

Brought my kitten in for an eye infection. Before even looking at him or examining him, I'm told he…read moreneeds to be tested for feline leukemia and hiv. Then she looks at him and tells me it's ring worm and it's a fungal infection but oh we need to do another test which the results won't come back for 5 days in the mean time just use anti fungal cream from cvs. None of those tests were medically necessary. I also said I didn't want him vaccinated that day because he's fighting an infection (you're not supposed to vaccinate children or animals if they're fighting an infection) and I could tell she did not like me saying no. She's not a vet. She's a scam artist. $180 to tell me just to use a $7 cream from CVS. If she actually cared about animals, she would have come in, examined him, told me I needed a cream and if it didn't work come back for more testing and make sure to come back for vaccines when he's healthy again.
