I had decided to get a implant because it was a front tooth. I had told him about my father going to Mexico because it was so much cheaper and I should have NEVER said that. After that they gave me the run around and cost me a lot of time in pain. If they would have been straight with me at the beginning it would have saved me from waiting in pain for so long. Long story short 3 weeks later I go back when the lady Leslie told me because Kim would never return my calls just to be told he wasn't willing to help me because of a "trust" issue. In other words he didn't want to make a $400 temporary if they weren't going to get the $4000 for the implant. This guy claims to be a Christian but he wasn't willing to help me get my tooth removed and out of pain because he couldn't make the big money of an implant procedure. Very bad business behavior and extremely unprofessional. All I ask is that he should have been honest at the start so I could have moved on to have my tooth fixed to minimize the time I was in pain.

They told me it was $95 for the first visit $40 for the second and $20 for an injection on the phone if prescribed. They also mentioned I would be sent for blood work. On the phone I asked the cost for the blood work and script. They told me there was no cost for the bloodwork and the script would be found out at the pharmacy. I called a second time to confirm this information before going in and they confirmed what they said the day before. Upon going to the office I ask before and after my visit if there is any other cost. They told me no. When I go to get the blood work done the cost was $1,385 which the hospital discounted to $400. Upon going back to the "Doctor" and tell him my concerns he decided to mock me in his office for my lack of "understanding" the blood work wasn't going to cost me anything. I decided to trust this "Quack" and his "team" with the info they gave me. Which was a lie. I asked for a refund which they refused, no problem. When I mentioned I would tell my story online he proceeded to call me an expletive name in his office.
