I had decided to get a implant because it was a front tooth. I had told him about my father going to Mexico because it was so much cheaper and I should have NEVER said that. After that they gave me the run around and cost me a lot of time in pain. If they would have been straight with me at the beginning it would have saved me from waiting in pain for so long. Long story short 3 weeks later I go back when the lady Leslie told me because Kim would never return my calls just to be told he wasn't willing to help me because of a "trust" issue. In other words he didn't want to make a $400 temporary if they weren't going to get the $4000 for the implant. This guy claims to be a Christian but he wasn't willing to help me get my tooth removed and out of pain because he couldn't make the big money of an implant procedure. Very bad business behavior and extremely unprofessional. All I ask is that he should have been honest at the start so I could have moved on to have my tooth fixed to minimize the time I was in pain.

Since I thought I knew as much as my GPS , I called the office and got a superb direction from one…read moreof your secretaries (?). I wasn't talked down to (I'm 84) or treated as if I'm senile. When I arrived, I found out that the papers that had taken forever to fill out never made it there because I didn't have a captcha account. Of course they had gone to the great beyond. The angel behind the desk told me I didn't have to fill them all out anyway and instructed me in what to do. Everybody in the office was extremely efficient as were the following technicians. The last one actually did the complicated imaging. When I got to see Dr. Molpus, he competently told me the results and described the procedures in layman's terms. He is a complete, very knowledgeable professional. In addition, he didn't talk down to me because I am elderly. I see why I was referred to him. The whole practice is given A+ or five stars.
