As we watched the storm over the camera system we soon realized the back screen door was ripped off the hinges, leaving my mom's home fully exposed to strangers and the elements! We called around to several different places just to be told they were super busy and wouldn't be available to fix the door. I came across All Pro and suggested we just give them a call. We got through with no trouble and let him know the situation, that my parents were not in town but the door needed to be fixed ASAP! It was like a regular work day he let us know that he could and would do it as soon as possible saying "I got you down for Monday at the latest" we were so grateful with the timely response and sense of urgency that was provided. This made us feel very comfortable and confident in the work that would be provided. The repair was immaculate and not overly priced considering the circumstances they could have upped the prices however I am so impressed that he didn't even try...very impressed by the professionalism and service 10 out of 10!

That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. I dropped my rating to 2-stars, simply because you stated things that were not true.
