Each day Robert and his team showed up between 7:30/8 am continued to impress us with their professionalism and meticulous nature. Our home looks brand new and we couldn't be more pleased! This is our second time working with them after originally booking them for some interior bedrooms 3 years ago when we moved in. Our neighbors have been calling / texting and complimenting the house already! He was incredibly fair with his pricing and patient with my asks . He told me a price and there were no surprise cost despite him finding rotting wood in multiple places that he went out of his way to patch and repair. She did so willingly and worked with me to decide what would look best on our home. She communicated with me regularly to let me know what the timeframe would be for the start (and completion) of our project. I gave them a follow up call and got a reasonable quote, and setup an appointment for 9/29. Two people came out and quickly worked to get the fan up though they did need a taller ladder. So, they had to go to get one, but these ceilings are hard to gauge in feet. Upon returning they had the fan up quickly and left. It works great. All I can say is excellent service and excellent knowledge of what needed to done.

After the work was completed, I discovered that the finish had been removed from my stained wood doors and awnings, and damage that was not present prior to the service. The invoice neither authorized nor disclosed pressure washing of finished or stained wood surfaces, nor did it include any warning about the risk of damage. When I raised the issue, responsibility was disputed. Shortly thereafter, I was provided with an estimate to sand, restain, and refinish the same wood surfaces, rather than have the matter addressed through insurance. I am pursuing a resolution through appropriate channels. Based on my experience, I think it's best that homeowners clearly confirm, in writing, the specific cleaning methods to be used on finished wood surfaces before proceeding.
