Then the pharmacist was rude with my wife in the drive thru. I called and ask Jason about the situation his reply was his pharmacist didn't say anything out of the way. So my wife's a liar is the way I took it. This is the 3rd problem I've had from there newer staff. I guess loyalty to a place doesn't exist.

They will be offering other services soon, like a machine to catch cancers on your face before the cancer visibly shows up! They don't diagnose, but you can take the results to your dermatologist. I easily found parking too as they are located in a larger mini-mall (next to a chocolate shop if you're in the mood!). Also Critchfield's is nearby in the same mini-mall if you want some delicious fried chicken!

There was also a book near the pharmacy counter that had information about the different pills/medicines available. I think this functions as a regular pharmacy but with a little more hippie thrown into it. ;) The gift items (some shirts, bags, candles, trinkets) were cute and local, but expensive, and kind of odd to see in a 'pharmacy' anyway. However, if I lived in Lexington and needed a pharmacy, this would be my place!! Just get a healthy smoothie while waiting for healthy treatments!

They gave my husband someone else's prescription. The woman at the counter asked for his name and…read moreaddress and still handed him the wrong prescription. The name was different and even written directly on the bag. We wouldn't have even known except when we got home the prescription was completely opposite of what he was supposed to have. They could have seriously hurt him with a screw up this large. Extremely disappointed is an understatement, prescriptions are serious and this level of incompetence could have caused serious harm.

They always go out of their way to help me deal with doctors & insurance providers. I've always felt that they care, & never been treated with anything but kindness & respect. I highly recommend using this locally owned pharmacy for your medical needs.
