I've been going to this place for almost 10 years and in the last 4 almost 5 years I've only gotten one medicine and one medicine only so you would think it would be in their system of what I got so I guess my dr wrote the script wrong by accident and wrote for the wrong thing and instead of asking me about it since I was there she went ahead and filled everything and when she ran it through to my insurance they said they wouldn't cover it so she then calls my dr but failed to let the dr know she ran it for the one medicine instead of what I usually get so they declined my meds then calls my dr back and misinformed my dr that she ran it for one med and not the other one so I call my dr and when they said they would call and give her a verbal she says no I won't do a verbal she would rather me waste my time and gas to have me drive from new castle all the way back over to hermitage instead of taking the dr word over the phone to not only waste my time and gas but the drs time cause now he has to stay over and wait for me to get all the way there and I was talking on the phone with the nurse while in the store she in my conversation over hears me say to my nurse that she was crying over not taking a verbal over the phone I mean this grown woman made a big stink over not letting my dr call her and tell her that I was to get one medicine that the script was wrote wrong she refused to do so so she threw me out over this and I tell her how rude she was being over all this and she was soon as I told her it was the wrong medicine she was like that's not what the dr wrote I'm like ik that this is why I'm trying to ask you to do the verbal and she refused and the craziest part is I didn't c my usual dr I saw his brother cause my dr was on vacation so he doesn't really know that much about his brothers patients but he does his best to try and she not only misinformed my dr but my insurance and cried about taking a verbal shame on you I wish you wore a name tag I would mention your name on here and every place on line I feel you deserve to lose your job I've heard plenty of horrible bad things not just of the place but of you saddest part never in 10 years have I had to deal with this kind of rudeness from them only her and for what so now I had to find a friendlier place and I loved everyone there except you I could c if I haven't gone to this pharmacy that much or new and even then the kind of service you gave me was the rudest kind ever you just acted like your so perfect and you better then others gave me an attitude saying i know I can read what's this say being a Smart Alec toward me that's ok though right but when I'm not even talking to you I'm talking to my nurse and say yes she wants to cry about not taking a verbal over the phone you got butt hurt and threw me out for no reason you will reap what you sow read more
