SA replied it was against the law to give the script back to me. But never tells me what law this is under? SA said she could FAX script order if I wanted. I had this FAX sent to Lincare.com Lincare Associates completed my order that day, I p/u the walker I much needed that afternoon. Lincare completed all the paperwork to my insurance. Lincare also informed they can deliver the walker. Originally, BMS told me I would have to pay for the walker upfront, & send in the claim form. BMS does not do this. This is disappointing & frustrating. Please consider other Medical supply options when needing devices. Thank you Lincare.com

They provide the least expensive device possible and charge the maximum amount possible. When confronted about this practice they assured me it's all legal and within the contract with the insurance. It is of course, but it makes it no less ethical in my opinion. They place profit over your health. They will tell you they will contact you for supply refills but they do not. They will tell you they will call back when they don't help you the first time you call. They will not. They were purchased by a larger company and I really hope the new owners turn things around but I wouldn't deal with this place or their new parent just to be on the safe side.

I went to the minute clinic to get my ears cleaned. The nurse practitioner did a great job cleaning…read moremy ears. She spent a whole hour with me. She kept flushing and re-flushing until she go it all out. My family doc did it last year but scraped my eardrum and made me bleed. The NP here didn't do that and did a much better job.
