I was dissuaded at every turn from doing my due diligence. They were frustrated that I wanted to use my own inspectors, they were irritated I wanted a survey, and overall just felt very talked down to in general. When I had questions about the process I was made to feel like I was annoying and a huge bother. I would certainly not recommend this broker or her agents, especially if you are a new home buyer. Buying a home is such a huge purchase, you should definitely shop around if you are considering this agency.
