I cold called a realtor just doing a random google search and he helped to match me up with Rachel. Rachel was a god send. We are moving here from Houston so that I can go to school. We have no idea about the neighborhoods or what a good deal is. We toured a lot of lofts and apartments on our own then met Rachel on our last day to see one. She took us around and then offered to tour homes using FaceTime for us. She is legit. She gave us her honest opinion about places and she was spot on. We ended up picking a place that none of us have seen and still haven't seen. Even Rachel didn't see it but her feedback on the neighborhood and the street and area was spot on. Attention to detail you would think would be a must. I watched this realtor drive down my one way street every time she came to the house she was selling. She also put redkey signs pointing the wrong way down our street. This company it would seem cares nothing about the neighborhoods or the law. I would definitely not use them at all. We just sold our home with Red Key Realty and we could NOT be happier! Mike Price was our real estate agent and he did an incredible job! There were so many things I loved about our realtor. First, prior to listing, he came over and told us exactly what we needed to do to get ready to go to market. I've never sold a home before so there were things I thought I needed to do and Mike told me there was no reason to do those improvements. There were also some things he recommended that I would never have thought to do. After we did the remodeling, Mike was amazing about getting a great price for our home. I thought the list was too high, but guess what???? Our house sold at full ask within a week, which was incredible. During the negotiation process, Mike personally contacted some contractors to fulfill the buyers' requests. There were also times I couldn't be at the house for the contractors to come by and he graciously offered to be at the house during those appointment times. He made it incredibly easy to sell the house and got us such a great offer. I would never look anywhere else if I were to sell in St. Louis again. read more

This is always difficult to judge an entire company by the actions of one employee, but that is how it works. Your employees represent your company, your brand name, and your business. Our experience with RedKey was very regrettable and I would recommend staying away from Kathryn Bussman. Kathy came over to our home before we went on the market and suggested multiple improvements to the home. We made all of the improvements that she suggested, about $5k and then she recommended a price to list the house. After the first week of the house not selling, she asked us to drop the price for the house $20k and do another $5k in improvements. We again agreed. After another 3 weeks of the house not selling, she asked us to drop the price another $10k and do another $2k in improvements. After another 3 weeks of the house not selling, she asked us to drop the price another $10k. When we refused, she completely switched from being nice and friendly to very pushy and unprofessional. She told us the house not selling was all our fault and we were being completely inflexible with the listing price and were sabotaging her trying to sell the house. When we tried to fire her, she first told us it was illegal because we had a contract, then yelled at my wife for wasting her time and money (keep in mind we had spent about $13k at this point and dropped the house price $30k). I had to email the broker (her boss) before she would send us an amendment to end our contract, which she then claimed we never signed. I had to scan and send her boss once again a signed copy of the amendment before she would remove our listing from the MLS. So, again, not sure about RedKey, but I am definitely sure about Kathy, and would not recommend her to anyone. read more

It was apparent that she did not have the best interests of her clients in mind, and was only interested in the quick sale and making her "stats" look good. From the beginning-this was a bad situation. There is four owners. Realtor is Anu Kabra. Kapil Gupta, Anil Kabra, Kunal Handa, & Vikram Mehrotra. They took 3+ weeks to go over our application and approval process. Once we were approved they interrogated me about my graduation date with my BSN, AND ASKED FOR MY SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS AND GRADUATION DATE!!! Invasive much? When we moved into the house it was said that all the carpets had been professionally cleaned as well as the bathrooms, kitchen, etc, NOT TRUE! The bathrooms had mold in them. The carpets were filthy. The bedrooms upstairs had rust stains on the carpet from metal furniture. The oven was supposed to be self cleaned before we moved in-it NEVER was and then it was put on us. Guess what? The self clean option didn't work. The ice maker stopped working and parts of the fridge were broken. Contacted to have the oven fixed-guy came out broke the oven more to where it wouldn't even close, and the parts on the fridge including the ice maker weren't fixed. Guy had to get parts? Never came back for over a month. Oven was not useable because it wouldn't close. The master shower leaked. The shower head in the second bathroom upstairs didn't work and had to be replaced, again took forever. After the oven was FINALLY fixed-it caught on fire-from not being able to be cleaned...guess what? We had to call the fire department because THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE!!! Self clean on the oven still did not work-had to scrub the oven myself-took 4+ hours. The washer started acting weird, contacted, was told to try somethings-still wasn't working correctly. Contacted again about washer because no one ever came to look at it as promised. Was told WE had to call the number on the washer and figure it out. This was 3 weeks from prior contact about the washer. Now its 3 days before Christmas-company that fixes the washer isn't in until after the holidays. At this point I have a month of laundry piled up because I can't use the washer. Was told to go to the laundry mat to clean the clothes. Was told I could be reimbursed. WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO KEEP TRACK OF HOW MUCH I SPEND AT A LAUNDRY MAT?! YOU USE COINS!!! Per their "lease" (that's a laugh of a word) they have 30 days to fix or attempt to fix an item. I had to threaten to call channel 5 on your side and withhold rent for them to do anything and they delivered a new washer on DAY 30. Most recently, the ceiling fan/light in the living room-FELL FROM THE CEILING AT 1 AM. One of us could have been seriously hurt, or my children, or our puppy. Fan fell on January 28th. We moved out March 10th-STILL THE FAN OR LIGHT HAD NOT BEEN FIXED. These people have NO urgency, they are extremely unreliable, extremely unprofessional, and don't care about the safety of their tenants. Also at the end when doing the "walk through" they were speaking another language the ENTIRE time. That's VERY unprofessional. They gave us an ungodly list of things that need to be "fixed". ALL but ONE of them were issues we contacted them about during our lease that were NEVER fixed or even looked at. Now they are trying to take it all out of our security deposit. Also in order to get ANY of our security deposit back, if there is any left after the unnecessary repairs, we have to mail them receipts proving that we paid the final utilities. Even though they are being mailed to us. One more thing-I was told after I had already cancelled all of the utilities that because I cancelled them instead of transferring them (to who??? THERE'S FOUR OWNERS!!) that if there was any charge to reinstate them-WE would have to pay that fee. Also we never had any of the other owners contact information until the end of December 2018. Our lease started the beginning of February 2018. These people are very unprofessional. They are very unreliable. They love to take advantage of people and get every penny out of anyone they can. Karol Plawsky was our real estate agent and we couldn't be happier with the service that was provided to us. We were so pleased that we used her twice in the past year. She went above and beyond our expectations and was prompt in all her correspondence whether it came to emails, texts, or phone calls. She did many hours of "little things" behind the scenes to help our family with decisions that we were just unfamiliar with, due to being new to the process as well as to the area. When an "unsolvable" issue came up between our loan company and the selling agent, Karol went to bat for us and she stepped in for all parties and made sure that everything was taken care of. We didn't have to worry about things being done correctly because Karol is very experienced, professional, and paid attention to the details so that everything would go off without a hitch.
