A leak in my 7 month old roof killed my HVAC system. Replaced and had it repaired and they covered those expenses everything seemed good. They refused to run a leak test before I installed a new HVAC system. Flat out refused with no explanation other than they didn't "need to" I gave them nearly 2 weeks to do this but nothing. So we installed a.new system only for that one to be ruined from a leak IN THE SAME EXACT LOCATION. This company is refusing to cover the damages trying to put the blame on the brand new unit saying it was somehow wired incorrectly. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They asked if they could go on my roof to check how extensive the damage was and after they took pictures and contacted my insurance company I was so shocked when the claim was approved by my insurance company. So apparently they knew what they were doing. I especially liked how they were willing to go the extra mile to offer their help that was not a part of the roofing service, like even offering to cut my grass before the workers came to do the work. I feel like they are a part of my family.
