Which in fact it was my signature and my banks signature making sure it was signed over to the guy that fixed the vehicle that is just making sure he received payment.They gave their own customer hell over the check. I then went to the alliance federal credit union to prove that we had given him the check and they stated they could not accept it went to my bank City bank and deposited check and made a cashiers check to pay the man .I advised him to change his account over to someone that will take care of his business properly not alliance federal credit union. They do not seem to take care of their customers so anyone out there looking for a bank go to a bank not Alliance federal credit union .

Tried to work with them on their mistake and nothing was done. Had to pay the higher rate or loose insurance. WILL NOT be renewing with Grimes, went back to my long term local agent... and for the record Grimes was a "Ramsey Trusted" agent! Dave Ramsey should really look into what/whom they endorse!

After receiving and accepting a very reasonable quote we paid for one year's coverage up-front. The next month they charged our credit card more than double the amount we agreed to, citing the fact that we did not provide proof of previous insurance. We had provided proof of our previous insurance through another company for preceding 7 years. My husband went in to the office with policy in hand and was told that it would all be handled. They charged our credit card double the agreed upon amount again. Long story short, our agent made continual excuses, failed to return calls when she had promised to get back to us when promised, and essentially resulted in us canceling our insurance policy with them. After 4 months we are still trying to get all of the money we are owed back. They have been the ultimate in unprofessional-ism, and I feel obligated to warn you to deal with them at the risk of your own literal and financial headache.
