But every once in a while someone comes along who so far surpasses my expectations that I'm inspired to issue a formal thank you in the form of a highly favorable review. We recently hired Pam LoPinto to paint the exterior of our 100 year old home in San Francisco, and she and her crew have so inspired me. This was a pretty big job as the house is three stories high, exposed on all 4 sides, and hadn't been painted for more than 10 years. The prep was extensive as the shingles were peeling and much of the siding needed repair. There is a lot of complicated trim and we wanted the color scheme to include 4 colors. Working with Pam was such a pleasure through every aspect of this project from the early stages of choosing colors to completion of a finished product that is not only beautiful but, thanks to her thorough and meticulous prep work, will easily survive another 10 years. She is truly a professional in her approach to clients, crew and difficult neighbors, and she is also a very kind and compassionate person who we are honored to call a friend. She clearly takes great pride in her work, and it gives us great pleasure to give her our highest recommendation.

I needed to transform my home into one with an office to get in control of my overhead. I never thought I would need "space planning" in my life until this. Penni asked me all the right questions (half of them I never thought of) before coming over to figure out not only the best place for an office (which was NOT in the room I chose) but to design the space so that my family and I would be happy with it. And what a great space! Her sense of design seems to match my need for efficiency and productivity. I'm sure the change of scenario has helped me be more productive but I'm sure glad I had a pro like Penni to focus her attention into my next step. This feels like a fresh start.
