They are threatening my fiancé who chose not to get the run down STI they have on their lot after they did not want to negotiate the price due to the multiple issues it had after we drove over 7 hours to get there. They tried raising the down payment he was told he needed after his APPROVAL by $2k, AND the price of the car by almost $3k dollars. They're threatening with "fake bad reviews" on his works listings. They tried to bribe us with a $20 gift card to leave them a good review when we initially were talking about it. (Illegal). Now harassing and threatening my fiancé due to his HONEST review. (Illegal) There were MULTIPLE cars on their lot with missing trim pieces, hail damage, dents, faded paint, incorrect wheel sizes and tread depths on AWD vehicles which can damage the drivetrains over time. Definitely have a pre-purchase inspection done by your own trusted mechanic if you choose to do business with these individuals. These people are children running a business as you can clearly see here. His review was HONEST to a T. And they wanna be BEYOND childish over it.

I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze. A week and a half later the transmission was slipping. I would sit on…read morean incline in drive let the brake and car would roll backwards. Then about 2 weeks later started having a bad misfire and would barely go. I pulled the plugs and plugs 1 and 2 were severely burnt. I replaced them. I called and talked to a Chico, he said you bought car as is. I stated I get that but, after only 2 weeks the car is not running like the overpriced amount I paid for it. Only a few days later it started making a tapping noise and when I went to make payment I showed Carlos the plugs. He had mechanic come out and listen to the motor. They spoke in Spanish to each other. Carlos set me up an appointment to bring car in and have it looked at. When I showed up for the appointment, the guy there that day said Carlos shouldn't had done that. Anyway, if I want to keep the appointment it would be $50 to do a diagnostic on vehicle. I refused and left. I have documented dates and times of calls and interactions with these people. I have fixed the transmission and I now have replaced plugs twice, twice!!! Acting up now... AGAIN!!! They sent me a message about 3 weeks back or so asking how I was enjoying my car. I told them I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Received a message from them earlier today, stating I still owed $53.60 on my payment of $500 a month. Hell if I didn't have to keep putting money in this car, maybe I could make my full payment. I have done some work myself and have still put $700 in repairs. Have only had the car maybe, maybe 2 months. Take it from me Robert F. Do Not Buy From 465 Auto..... got a truck from them with a transmission that was under warranty transmission went out I took it…read moreto their shop to get it replaced convertor got stolen they replaced the whole exhaust without telling me didn't even tell me it got stolen shop thought they would get away with lying to me but replaced a bunch of other stuff without asking me and charged me for it and I told the owner of the car lot I was not paying for it since it was repair without consent and they proceeded to ag onto me because he had to buy another transmission because my truck was in the shop for more than 3 months because of warranty and tried putting that against me then that transmission went out he took it to a different shop and they couldn't even do the work right caused my transfer case to split in half which I had to pay for because they reversed my vacuum lines which caused it to be in 4wd without the light on (yes the light worked)... so please save yourself the headache DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS POS CAR LOT
