This company is by far the worst dealership I've ever come across in my 31 years of being on this…read moreplanet. They are threatening my fiancé who chose not to get the run down STI they have on their lot after they did not want to negotiate the price due to the multiple issues it had after we drove over 7 hours to get there. They tried raising the down payment he was told he needed after his APPROVAL by $2k, AND the price of the car by almost $3k dollars. They're threatening with "fake bad reviews" on his works listings. They tried to bribe us with a $20 gift card to leave them a good review when we initially were talking about it. (Illegal). Now harassing and threatening my fiancé due to his HONEST review. (Illegal) There were MULTIPLE cars on their lot with missing trim pieces, hail damage, dents, faded paint, incorrect wheel sizes and tread depths on AWD vehicles which can damage the drivetrains over time. Definitely have a pre-purchase inspection done by your own trusted mechanic if you choose to do business with these individuals. These people are children running a business as you can clearly see here. His review was HONEST to a T. And they wanna be BEYOND childish over it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! The people running this…read moreplace are immoral, negligent, deceitful, unprofessional, inept, and disrespectful. Buying a car from these people was a complete nightmare on every level. Paid thousands of dollars in repairs from day one of buying this car from these scammers and we were told by three different certified mechanics that it needed an additional $6000 in repairs, that it wasn't safe to drive, and that the additional $6K in repairs might not fix it altogether because there could be engine damage (which was an additional $5000 to tear apart the engine just to find out!) We paid $13,000 for the whole car! Same day we drove it off the lot, engine lights started going off. Didn't even make it home yet! CONTINUOUS leaks, damages, and even missing parts that needed repaired the first 2 months after we bought it before we finally cut our losses and got rid of it - THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN CONSTANT REPAIRS!!! The car sat in my garage, not drivable 90% of the time we owned the car. All three mechanics said that the damages to this car were extensive and that they had been there for quite some time, that it was not safe to drive, and that some damages were even concealed to hide them. Spoke to two different managers/owners at AMS Cars. Both avoided taking ANY ownership or responsibility. One said they were willing to help, however every time I called, or showed up in person after driving 30 minutes to get there, I was avoided and given the run around. Never did hear back from them even after calling more than a dozen times. No resolution and never returned my calls. Next I will be filing a complaint with the Indiana Secretary of State Auto Dealer Services Division as well as the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division so that this dealer has to answer to their fraudulent and neglectful practices finally!!!!

I had a partial tint done to my front windshield, after I got my car back and I got in it, I noticed a razor blade in my cup holder that was laying on its side. The inside of the car was very dirty, the dashboard had a bunch of water spots, I sat in my car and noticed stuff on my radio that was never there before. The chemicals they used tore off some of the film on my touch screen radio. I noticed this and went in, one of the workers came out with some cleaner, he told me to talk to the owner. I talked to the owner and the owner said that it was wear and tear because my vehicle is a 2013 but it wasn't there when I took it in. They showed me a video of them putting a drape over the stereo then I requested to see the video of the removal of the old tint on my windshield and I haven't received it. I asked for my money back and the owners are insisting that it isn't their fault and they told me to google why the spots were on my radio. Like just own up to your mistake and on top of that one of the workers told me that the owners decided that they wouldn't give me my money back because "they aren't responsible." The damage wasn't there before so my radio didn't magically wear in a hour timespan. They are very rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help. I highly don't recommend going to this place, it is a waste of money and time.
